Every child deserves to be seen, understood, and given the chance to thrive. I know this because I've lived it.

My journey taught me resilience and the value of second chances. These experiences shaped me into the educational leader I am today and gave me a deep understanding of what it's like to need support when systems fail you.

This perspective became critical when my own son struggled in traditional schools. Despite his potential, educators focused on his limitations instead of his capabilities. Watching this was heartbreaking. As his advocate, it became my purpose.
