Roosevelt Summer Program

Summer at Roosevelt

When traditional schools close for summer, many neurodiverse children lose academic progress, social connections, and the structure they rely on. Roosevelt’s Summer Program is designed to keep students moving forward in learning, in connection, and in confidence through the months when most schools step away.

Who It’s For

Neurodiverse students ages 5 through 21. You do not need a diagnosis or an IEP to enroll.

We welcome: Current Roosevelt students who benefit from continuity through summer Students from other schools who want focused academic support during the break Families exploring Roosevelt for the school year who want to experience us before deciding Students whose families need structured, supportive summer programming designed for neurodiverse learners

What Students Work On

Each day combines academic skill building, social-emotional learning, clinical support where appropriate, and real-world enrichment:

Reading and literacy

Math foundations and skill maintenance

Self-regulation and sensory support

Real-world projects and enrichment

Social connection and friendship building

Life skills and independence work (for older students)

Each child’s day is shaped by their age, their goals, and what they need most.

The Roosevelt Difference

Summer at Roosevelt is staffed by our regular school year team. Same staff your child knows. Same small-group sizes. Same integrated model where academic and clinical support work together. Same calm, structured environment.
